What Zeitclaim does

Zeitclaim lets you log your work by typing or speaking in plain language. Say "spent three hours on the Acme redesign, then an hour on emails" and the AI creates structured time entries — with durations, projects, and categories — automatically.

There are no timers to start or stop. No forms to fill out. You log once at the end of your day or session, while the work is still fresh. The AI handles the rest.

How it works

Describe your work — type or use voice input to tell Zeitclaim what you did, in any language.
AI parses and categorizes — the AI agent extracts activities, durations, and time references, then assigns each entry to the right project and category.
Review and adjust — everything is shown as structured entries. If something is off, just tell the AI what to change.
Generate reports — view your time by project, category, or date range. Export timesheet data for invoicing.

Unlike tools that bolt AI onto a traditional interface, Zeitclaim's AI agent has full read and write access to your time data. It can log new entries, bulk edit existing ones, reclassify projects, and answer analytical questions about your work patterns — all through the same conversational interface.

Ask it "which project took the most time last month?" or "move all the design entries from Project A to Project B" and it just does it. No menus, no filters, no multi-step workflows.

Zeitclaim is a web app built with Next.js and powered by Google Gemini for AI features. Your data is stored in Convex, a cloud database. We're GDPR-compliant, never sell your data, and never use it to train AI models.

Made in Germany

Zeitclaim is built by a solo founder in Essen, Germany. The name combines the German word "Zeit" (time) with "claim" — because your time is yours to claim.
